Admittedly, social media can fill your consult schedule. However, you must ask with whom.
Undoubtedly, that was one of the best marketing points Dr. Ruslan Zhuravsky made on this week’s “Beauty and the Biz” video interview. Currently, Dr. Z is a Miami facial plastic surgeon focused on rhinoplasty and aging face surgery. Naturally, he built his reputation through surgical quality, word of mouth and educational content rather than gimmicks.
Essentially, his point was simple. Obviously, the content you put out determines the patients you attract. Specifically, if you post exaggerated transformations, you may attract unrealistic patients who expect fantasy results. Conversely, if you post educational videos that explain what is realistic, you attract patients who value expertise.
