It’s so easy to get caught up in life. You have to juggle staff, patients, family, and overhead as well as grow your practice at the same time. 

Because the objective is to set up and grow a cosmetic practice you are proud of as a business so it’s more profitable, more enjoyable to go to every day, and it frees up your valuable time, so you have more of it to spend doing what you like to do with the people you most enjoy being with.

The alternative is to ignore the business side, create a job for yourself and then walk away empty-handed when you can’t/don’t want to do it anymore.

You already mastered surgery so now let’s master the business side of surgery so you too can grow a practice you are proud of.
